The gift packs you wish to purchase must be selected and added to the shopping cart by clicking on the corresponding icon.
The shopping cart will include the reference of the selected gift pack, the purchaser’s full name, quantity, email address, landline/mobile phone number, the price in the corresponding currency (taxes included), the address where the gift pack will be sent, and the recipients’ details. Once payment has been made, you will receive a confirmation email with this same information. Then, the hotel will contact you via email with the invoice for the gift as well as information regarding the shipment of the box. The box will be received within 3–4 working days. If you prefer to collect it at the hotel, please inform the hotel on the day of purchase.
Once the purchase order has been completed, and before the gift pack is sent, a summary will be displayed identifying the item purchased, its total price (including shipping and taxes) and the shipping details.
Courier costs are included in the price shown on the website if the shipping destination is within Catalonia. If the destination address is outside Catalonia, when selecting the option “Send the pack to the following address”, the total price of the gift pack will be increased by the shipping cost. This amount will be automatically added to the price of the selected pack.
Purchases must be paid by credit or debit card (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and AMEX). No other forms of payment will be accepted. For payments made by credit or debit card, the charge will be processed online, in real time, through the payment gateway of the corresponding financial institution, once the accuracy of the data provided has been verified.
An email will also be sent containing a description of the order and the personal data provided. Failure to receive this message may be due to a temporary communication issue on the network or an error in the provided email address. In both cases, it is recommended to contact Mas Albereda’s Customer Service Department.
Mas Albereda is obliged to protect private information. The personal data collected during your connection to our commercial website will only be used to process your order. We will not sell, rent or disclose your personal data to anyone (including third parties).
Order submissions (containing account information) are made through a secure server. The security software (SSL) encrypts all information before it is sent. Likewise, message transmissions are protected against unauthorised third-party access.
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquires physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing (Mas Albereda, email: info@masalbereda.com, providing your name, postal address, phone number and email address) of your decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post or email).
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that your communication regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal is sent before the withdrawal period has expired.
In the event of your withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including the delivery costs, without undue delay and within a maximum of 14 days from the date on which you inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. We will carry out the reimbursement using the same payment method used by you for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have provided proof of having returned the goods.

without undue delay and always within a maximum of 14 days from the date on which you inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline will be considered met if you return the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period.
You must bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You will be responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
